Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview
EasyViral.ai ("EasyViral", "we", "us", or "our") is a subscription-based software platform that enables users to generate short-form videos using AI-assisted automation, including scripts, voiceovers, captions, visuals, and music.
This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how subscriptions, cancellations, refunds, and billing matters are handled for purchases made through our website.
By purchasing a subscription or using paid features, you agree to this policy.
2. Subscription Plans and Billing
All subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly, depending on the selected plan) and automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled before the renewal date.
You can view:
- Your current plan
- Renewal date
- Credit balance
- Billing history

Failure to cancel before the renewal date will result in automatic billing for the next period.
2.1 Currency and Payment Processing
All prices are listed and charged in US Dollars (USD). If your payment method is denominated in a different currency, your bank or card issuer will convert the charge at their applicable exchange rate. Any exchange rate differences, conversion fees, or international transaction fees are your responsibility.
Payments are processed through third-party payment processors (such as Stripe). By making a purchase, you also agree to the payment processor's applicable terms and policies. EasyViral does not store your full payment card details.
2.2 Failed Payments
If a recurring payment fails, your subscription will not renew and your account will revert to a free or inactive state. You will not be able to generate videos or use features that require credits until a successful payment is made.
We do not suspend or penalize accounts for failed payments. Once you complete a new payment and your credits are restored, full access resumes immediately.
No grace period or retry attempts are guaranteed. It is your responsibility to ensure your payment method is valid and up to date.
2.3 Price Changes
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing at any time. If we change our prices:
- We will provide at least 30 days' advance notice via email or through your account dashboard.
- Price changes will not affect your current active billing cycle.
- The new pricing will take effect from your next billing cycle following the notice period.
- If you do not agree with the new pricing, you may cancel your subscription before the next renewal date.
3. How to Cancel Your Subscription
You may cancel your subscription at any time by:
- Logging into your EasyViral.ai account
- Navigating to Billing or Subscription Settings
- Selecting Cancel Subscription
- Following the on-screen instructions
After cancellation:
- Your subscription remains active until the end of the current paid billing period.
- You will not be charged again unless you reactivate your subscription.
- Any unused credits at the time of cancellation will remain available until the end of your current billing period.
We do not provide prorated refunds for unused time in a billing period unless required by applicable law.
4. Credits and Usage
EasyViral.ai plans include usage credits that are allocated at the start of each billing cycle.
Credits are consumed when you:
- Generate videos
- Use features that incur credit costs
- Select longer durations (e.g., 30s, 60s, 2 minutes)
- Choose premium processing options
Your remaining credit balance is visible in your dashboard.
4.1 Credit Reset & Expiry
Monthly plan credits reset at the start of each new billing cycle. Any unused plan credits from the previous cycle do not carry over and will expire. For example, if you have 2,000 unused plan credits at the end of your billing cycle, those credits will expire and your new cycle will start fresh with your plan's credit allocation.
However, any additional credits purchased separately are non-expiring and will carry forward as long as your subscription remains active. If your subscription is canceled or expires, remaining purchased credits will be available until the end of the current paid period and will not carry over after expiration.
4.2 Credit Terms
- Credits are digital usage entitlements.
- Credits have no cash value.
- Credits are non-transferable between accounts.
- Credits are not redeemable for cash.
4.3 Promotional Credits and Coupons
Promotional credits, bonus credits, referral credits, coupon-based credits, or limited free credits:
- Have no cash value
- May expire according to terms disclosed at issuance
- Are non-refundable
- May be revoked if abused
Promotions may include additional terms disclosed at the time of issuance.
5. Plan Changes (Upgrades and Downgrades)
Upgrades: If you upgrade to a higher plan, the change takes effect immediately. You will be charged the prorated difference for the remainder of your current billing cycle, and your new credit allocation will be applied.
Downgrades: If you downgrade to a lower plan, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Any unused plan credits from your current cycle will expire when the new cycle begins. Purchased credits, if any, will carry forward.
6. Refund Policy
We aim to be fair while protecting the platform from abuse and covering third-party processing costs, including AI generation APIs and infrastructure costs.
Each video generation incurs real costs to EasyViral through third-party AI services (image generation, video rendering, voice synthesis, music generation, and more). Because of this, once credits have been consumed or videos have been generated, the service is considered delivered.
6.1 General Refund Eligibility
Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. A refund may be approved if ALL of the following conditions are met:
- The request is submitted within the applicable refund window (see Sections 6.2 and 6.3 below);
- Zero (0) usage credits have been consumed during the billing period;
- Zero (0) videos have been generated using the platform during the billing period;
- There is no evidence of fraud, chargeback abuse, policy violations, or misuse.
Once any credits are used or any video is generated, refunds are generally not available for that billing period, as the underlying AI processing costs have already been incurred.
6.2 Monthly Plan Refunds
Refund requests for monthly subscriptions must be submitted within 48 hours of the charge date for the applicable billing period.
6.3 Annual Plan Refunds
Refund requests for annual subscriptions must be submitted within 14 days of the initial purchase date. If approved:
- Payment processing fees may be deducted from the refund amount.
- The remaining balance will be refunded to the original payment method.
After 14 days, annual plans are generally non-refundable unless required by law.
6.4 Refund Abuse
We reserve the right to limit or deny future refund requests from accounts that demonstrate a pattern of repeated refund claims, including but not limited to:
- Multiple refund requests across successive billing periods
- Refund requests associated with multiple accounts held by the same individual
- Patterns consistent with fraudulent or abusive use of the refund process
7. EU and UK Consumer Rights
If you are a consumer located in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you may have a statutory right to cancel your purchase within 14 days under the Consumer Contracts Regulations or the Consumer Rights Directive.
However, by using the Service (including consuming any credits or generating any videos), you acknowledge and agree that the digital service has been fully delivered and that you waive your right of withdrawal to the extent permitted by applicable law.
If no credits have been consumed and no videos have been generated within the 14-day cooling-off period, you may request a full refund by contacting us at [email protected].
8. Billing Errors and Platform Issues
If you believe you were charged incorrectly or experienced a platform error preventing delivery of paid services, contact us immediately at [email protected].
Where appropriate, we may:
- Re-run the generation at no additional credit cost
- Credit your account with replacement credits
- Issue a partial or full refund if the issue cannot be resolved
We reserve the right to investigate claims before issuing any remedy.
8.1 Service Outages and Downtime
If a service disruption occurs due to issues within EasyViral's direct control (such as server failures or platform bugs), we may, at our discretion, compensate affected users with credit extensions or replacement credits proportionate to the disruption.
EasyViral relies on multiple third-party services for AI image generation, video rendering, voice synthesis, and audio generation. If a disruption is caused by a third-party provider's outage or service degradation, we are unable to guarantee compensation, as such events are beyond our control. We will, however, make reasonable efforts to communicate known issues and estimated resolution times.
9. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
If you have a billing concern, please contact our support team first at [email protected]. We aim to resolve all billing issues promptly and fairly.
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer without first contacting our support team may result in:
- Temporary account suspension pending investigation
- Termination of access to the platform
- Loss of unused credits
If a chargeback is filed, we may submit evidence to the payment processor, including but not limited to:
- Account login records and IP logs
- Generation timestamps and credit usage data
- Service delivery confirmation
- Communication records
We reserve the right to dispute illegitimate chargebacks and recover associated costs where permitted by law.
10. Account Termination
If your account is terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service, the following applies:
- Access to the platform and all associated features will be revoked.
- Any remaining unused credits on the account will not be forfeited but will be inaccessible for the duration of the termination.
- Refunds are generally not issued for accounts terminated due to policy violations.

11. Reactivation After Cancellation
If you reactivate your subscription after cancellation:
- Any unused purchased credits remaining from your previous subscription period (if still within the paid period) will carry over and be added to your new plan's credit allocation. Plan credits from the previous cycle do not carry over.
- If your previous subscription has fully expired, reactivation is treated as a new subscription and begins with the credit allocation of the selected plan.
12. Data and Content After Cancellation
Upon cancellation or expiration of your subscription:
- Your generated videos and account data will be retained for a limited period as described in our Privacy Policy.
- After the retention period, your data may be permanently deleted.
- We recommend downloading any content you wish to keep before your subscription expires.

13. Service Discontinuation
In the unlikely event that EasyViral discontinues the Service entirely:
- We will provide reasonable advance notice (at minimum 30 days) via email and/or through the platform.
- We may offer prorated refunds for any prepaid, unused subscription periods remaining at the time of discontinuation.
- The specific terms of any discontinuation-related refund or credit will be communicated at that time.
14. Tax and Non-Refundable Fees
Where applicable, sales tax, VAT, GST, or other government-imposed charges may be included in your purchase.
In certain jurisdictions, tax amounts may not be refundable even if the underlying transaction is refunded, as required by local tax law. Any non-refundable tax will be disclosed where possible.
15. Refund Processing Time
If a refund is approved:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Processing time typically takes 5–10 business days.
- Processing time may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
We are not responsible for delays caused by financial institutions.
16. Governing Law
This Refund & Cancellation Policy is governed by the terms outlined in our Terms of Service, including applicable governing law and dispute resolution provisions. In the event of any conflict between this policy and the Terms of Service, the Terms of Service shall prevail.
17. Policy Updates
We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, legal requirements, or business operations.
When changes are made:
- The effective date at the top of this document will be updated.
- For material changes, we will notify users via email or an in-app notification.
- Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
